Maybe we should have a "survived a malicous ex get together") Anyway, my agent has given me a plan and told me that this objection is not too major a hurdle: 1) Prove that she has defied Court Orders for contact. (easy!) 2) Provide professional and-or her family opinion of her obstructive-uncooperative nature (no problem) 3) Ask the GP to comment on the health of the child with respect to form 26A (I have sent them a letter) 4) Go back to the solicitors and ask them to to state the ex's obstructive-uncooperative nature (I have sent them a letter) 5) Try to obtain Court transcripts from the last hearing where the judge may have commented on her character (long story why but I have written to him) 6) Write a Stat Dec decalring I have no intent to bring my child over here etc. My agent is doing this up for me. 7) My agent is writing to my ex asking her to take my son to a medical. He has to do this twice. Anticiapting no response, this will take a month and so items 1 - 6 should be done by then and all ready for submission.
