Under what conditions would a 8503 be given? How would I know? They stayed here for 3 months last year however they had the relevant visa.
I used the term *visitor* loosly. What I meant was some sort of *bridging* visa. I was not sure if anyone would understand what I meant therefore I used *visitor* as an example.
Is there some sort of bridging visa available that you know of?
This was our initial plan. Today's questions are because we are looking at various options-alternatives that MAY be possible. Thinking outside the box ;-)
We are well aware of the consequences and shall weigh the risks up once we know what are optioins are.
Do you know what these health issues are that normally fail?in % terms
Are these *failed* medicals normally major health problems like heart probs or kidney dialysis or things like diabetes and blood pressure type probs?
Maybe we could front load the medicals?
This is a long shot Jeremy. I'm sure if it was your foks, you'd do the same? We just want to check out all alternatives...from a legal perspective.
