HiHi! I've seen your other posts a few days ago... I'm afraid that it's not easy to answer your...

I also agree that DIMIA might not treat a front loaded application differently, although I have my doubts. Doing your PCCs before the case officer asks for it does make a lot of sense. Just try to time it better. In my example it took the USA FBI about 11 weeks to process my PCC application, whereas it took only 3 weeks to get my South African PCCs. Since I am in the USA, add another week or so for the mail to arrive at Adelaide and another 3 weeks for DIMIA to actually read it. That would have made it oh about 15 weeks total after the PCC request if I waited for the actual request. For the people bad at math, that is almost 4 months you would have waited if you waited until DIMIA asked for the PCC. I thank the Lord that I did not wait, because this waiting for the CO is driving me crazy. 6 months and counting...

Only DIMIA will know how their priorities work... I have seen on Austimeline people frontloaded everything and got a 136 visa in 3 months and that was a non MODL and a March app. I would LOVE to hear how this person did this!!! Maybe added another $5000 for speedy processing?

Hi Wanted to know if anyone have any experience on this or can forward me to the thread if it is already discussed: My wife is on Spouse visa and will get her permanent residence...

My non MODL 136 was received by Adelaide at 15 March, and I don't even have a CO, not to mention all the other MODL March people who are also waiting for their COs.
