Hello there, I know you are probably sick of reading posts about this but i am really worried as we don't have rental books or a landlord as my boyfriend owns the house and I just give him money every month to help with the rent. I am not on his will either.
Do you think the below is enough evidence for defacto and if not maybe a few suggestions on what we can do. We have no children and not married but we have been living together for a year. we will be applying if and when we get the go ahead from TRA!
OKAY, this is what we have:
telephone bills to the same address but not joint. Joint credit union account statements Electric bills in both names Sky digital in both names Stat dec from each other and parents of both families and friends Pictures of us though the years. Wedding invites Birthday and valentine cards Bills for things we bought and doing up the house Travel itinary proof that we have been on holidays together many times Both our names are on each others car insurance.
