Advice on proving self employment hours for 138 Sender: monkeypeaches
Hi there, We're sending in our application on the basis of my husband's skills and could use some advice on how to sufficiently prove experience, hours of work...

I was granted Australian residency in Mar 2004 and i am finally making the move out there in November this year. Before you ask i went travelling with my g-friend for a year and plan to spend some more time in Africa before finally reaching Sydney.

We have been in a steady relationship for over 3 years now and i would like to sponsor her to come and live with me in Sydney. The probs i see are that we dont actually live together, although she practically lives with me and my folks. The only thing we have in both names is my bank acc which we used whilst travelling together.

Obviously we have all our tickets and pics from a years traveling together as well as other keep sakes such as invites etc.... Also statements from parents-friends wont be a problem, its just the living thing!!!

Also, I will not be looking for work until Jan as i plan to watch the ashes in Nov through to Jan so am i in the position to sponsor someone? The one plus is that i have a good chance of securing work at the Sydney telegraph in Jan through a former colleague who now works there.

applying for emmigration with a history of breast cancer
You might find the above link useful. Austlii is a mbuttive database. It includes descriptions of cases in the Federal Court, the Full Court and the Migration Review Tribunal. Some have been...

So, do we lodge the application in the Uk hoping we can get the green light on our info that we have or do we go down the route of her coming to Oz on a years working visa and then submitting an application whilst out there.

Hopefully by Feb we will have found a flat and i would have secured a job!!

Not sure which route to go down at the mo but the latter one sounds a little more of a concrete position.

Any thoughts-recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Rob
