Hi George, HiS Degree is from India so it does not fall under any Washington or Syd. Accord and I feel he will not be able to prepare a CDR, with the little experience he has in sales and marketing of chemicals. I would like to know what is the minimum time of work exp. required for him to apply for a designate visa.

Other options that I have for him are: To upgrade his education to Austrlian standards with enrolling into M.Tech in Australia. His Fiance is a MBA (HR) freshier no work exp at the moment. But they can get married and go on a student visa. One gets Full work permit, while the other can gain on work exp. Will his work exp. before joining his Master will be considered for applying for PR or he has to finish 2 yrs of Australian study.

He is young and has a promising career in front of him, We are ready to invest.

(A peice of Info: According the the Recent Newspaper news here: Indian Enineering authority had applied for washington accord status, but the application was delayed last year, so it will be considered in the next meeting that happens between the Washinton Accord Member. India is likly to qualify this time as it has upgraded all its Engneering Insbreastutes and has fullfilled all the criteria.)
