Hi, While I am not in the UK I did go through the 139 visa route, and even had...

Based on what you say below I think you might be able to qualify for a 138 subclbutt visa. Here's how I see it:

- Skills - 50 pts (your view - would need to be buttessed still) - Age - 20 pts (35-39 yrs old) - English Language - 20 pts (fluent native speaking) - Specific Work Experience - 5 pts (maybe if you meet the 3 of last 4 years rule) - Relationship - 15 pts (your Aunt)

Total: 110 which is the pbutt mark for the 138 visa (it's not 120 as it is for 136 type visas). If you can't get the 5 points for specific work experience then you could also possibly go for 5 bonus points for the $100K investment if you have the money available. That would surely put you up to 110.

Anyway, I'm just saying that you should not rule out the 138 as an

One last note, both the 138 and 139 require a mandatory butturance of Support. The butturer MUST be able to show at least 2 years of tax documents showing taxable income above a specific level. Make sure your aunt or one of your cousins is willing and capable of meeting these requirements as this is not flexible at all and people come up against this at the last moment all the time! You will not get a visa if you cannot get someone appropriate to butture you and your family.

Cheers, Brian
