I had no problems worries or concerns about our panel doctor abusing his position.
Whilst you may read about the odd case of doctors over stepping the mark, it is very rare.
You dont have to take all your clothes off but for an examination to take place, you usually have to remove your top, you have your abdomen felt, breast examination and yes, blood-urine tests are compulsory.
You are free to choose a panel doctor for yourself so there is flexibility in that area.
My husband and I had our medical done in the same room but some doctors do this seperately.
The doctor is there to do his job and if I am being totally honest with you, I would say that your main worry should be that you are pbutted in good health and not that a doctor may abuse you or your partner.
Panel doctors have diagnosed health problems in potential migrants before and thank God they have because yes we all want the visa, but good health must come first.
So please try not to worry about a panel doctor doing what he is trained to do for fear of loss of dignity.
Good luck. :)
