Immigration is not an area where "hope" is of much benefit. If you do not qualify for a visa then you will not get one. Unless you have some formal qualifications you will not qualify for a general send migration visa other than as a senior manager, tradesman or IT pracbreastioner and you will need employer sponsorship otherwise.
You've already asked the question and it's pretty clear you need professional advice:
I posted the following reply:
" ... but if you're going to be highly paid there's an exemption from the requirement for a skill buttessment (for a permanent visa) if your cash salary is going to be AUD152k per annum or higher. You may need to structure your remuneration scheme properly, and there are other factors to consider for visa eligibility. Not least the question of whether your employer will sponsor.
You need some good professional advice. Choose your agent-lawyer well as not all of them know about this area."
Otherwise you may need to get a work permit (457 visa) and go for permanent residence after 2 years in Australia. Getting a 457 visa won't necessarily be simple either if you have no formal qualifications.
An online forum is not going to sort out your visa problem. Find a good immigration agent or lawyer who understands this area of migration law well.
