"DIMIA (Immigration) issue a special reference number for the medicals, separate to the file reference. This number is generated and pre-entered on the medical forms sent by DIMIA when they are ready for the medicals. DIMIA are in Adelaide and the medicals go to health advisors in Sydney, so this number is specifically for tracking the medical paperwork."
finding MODL list Sender: CarrussNow this does not happen very often but I am absolutely speechless ! ! ! The Original poster asked for the MODL list which I posted as the link (just to keep it simple) which is...
hi, i frontloaded my medicals and just put on the ref no. that was on the ack email. having said that when i was alloacted a CO they gave me the same ref no. that was on the ack email and a ICSE Request ID no. not sure what this number is for and i did not put it on my medicals. agents don't like you to frontload for some reason but most people without agents do it without any problems. when my CO requested meds they sent the med forms by email (in pdf format) and they were exactly the same as the ones on the DIMIA website and they had no pre-printed ref no. on them. so i would say your agent is stalling. but if you have not got the ack email you will have no ref no. to put on them anyway???? hope this helps. selina
