134 Visa Dima Concern Sender: bluenicoHi New to this board, hello to all from a Cold Manchester !! Hopeful for a little advice - Encouragement here ! We have just lodged our 134 Visa Application Via our Migration Agent, based on My wife's...
Hi Jaj, Thanks for your reply. Yes its an ENS-Subclbutt 856 application. My contract with my employer is for a permanent possition, there is no expiry on it. I can give 2 weeks notice and so can my employer. I have allready been here 6 months and I was brought over on the 457 visa as apperently it was the fastest way to get me here, but I should idealy have been brought over on the ENS sheme to begin with as I now have to pay for 2 visa applications and medicals within 6 months from each other. I am covering all the costs buttociated with both (employer and my own). My salary is manageble but should anything happen it may not be, and Im finding living expences here higher then anticipated, and current salary isnt giving me the option to save.
I have no problem agreeing to having to work for this company for 3 years. But I feel my employer will have a hold over me that will be an excuse for not giving me a payrise when the time comes and I need to earn more money, and this is my worry. So just need to know if I was put in such a possiton where the salary becomes un-managable or something changes in work that makes the position hard to work in that it would be ok to look for another job and not have any implications on my pr visa from a migration perspective.
Thanks Jojo
