I'd surf thru this forum and found the answer on my question.... My position above was intended to satisfy the basic recent work experience requirements of 6-12 months before applying and this occupation should be *ANY* occupation on the SOL list. Given that my my nominated is ELECTRONICS ENGR. and my recent is ELECTRICAL ENGR., this shouldn't post any issue since its all under 60pts skills... Probelm arises when you jusmp from 50 to 60pts skillss.... they would require 2 buttessment.. This was all mentioned in the BOOKLET 6.
For the timeline of my buttessment you can trace that on my signature below... For the requirements, I supposed you haven't read the "qualification buttessment kit" by IEAust. All you need to know was mentioned on this brochure.... free downlodable.... I have no chance that my buttessment would be qualified for the accord , so I made my own CDR.... there were 3 naratives and each are 2500 words in length in my narrative.... Have time to browse in this forum, they even posted a CDR sample .... I forgot the site but it would be very helpfull if you do it by yourself and along the course you will fnd some useful tricks to go around the IEA process...
