QUOTE=John PotterHi all,
It seems that I want to ask a question on the same subject, so I'll put it here. I have got an issue with reference letters. I'm working as electrical engineer in a company. My relevant work experience for the skills buttessment is based on this experience but the point is that if I ask a reference letter to my boss with many conditions, they will more than certainly fire me. I'm part of the Sales Department and the company isn't really wealthy for the moment, so if they have any doubts on my motivation of staying there for a few years, they won't hesitate long and I'll mbe made redundant.
Pretty scary situation, isn't it ?
What can I do ? Are payslips, technical documents from the company and work contract enough to prove that I work there ?
Thanks in advance to all.

surely they cant fire you if you are still doing your job to the standard that you always have anyway there is a process that they have to go through (verbal and written warnings) before they can fire you unless you do something totally wreckless by the time they have been trough the process you might be telling them to shove their job anyway coz your off to oz lovex
