Her partner is a Communications Linesperson 4316-13, not on MODL but is on SOL.
He will be the main applicant and is 36 years old this year. He has the relevant time work experience and is currently employed as such (covers the last 12 out of 18 months easy).
They are all UK born citizens - for the language points.

They are De-facto spouses (9 years down the line) and have lots and lots of evidence for this.
Now after sniffing around and using links from the forum etc I get a points match of 110. This I believe would be enough for 137 Visa, however I can only find state territory for his occupation as ACT.
On some info sheets he has received from an online company (who charged him å£180 to check him out - shocking!) he will require a bond to be nominated by ACT - is this correct?
We are getting together this weekend and discuss the whole thing and any advice confirmation would be great. Any experiences of applying for 137 would also be appreciated.
Also - if I can get my cousin (his spouse) trade recognised (something to do with accounting - will be checking out) and get them to invest in Oz bonds this should get them up to 120 and then they can go for 136 send independent - is this correct?
