Hi everybody,
My husband and I are preparing for our send (STNI) application but we are unsure of a lot of the questions asked in e.g. Form 47SK . Would someone please answer our questions (I know there are many.. sorry):
1) How many pay slips are necessary to document recent and specific work experience? Just the most recent?
2) Pay slips are in Danish. Must they be translated into English?
3) We will front load meds. Is it possible to download these forms from the DIMIA web site? What forms should be used and where can I find them?
4) If frontloading meds should we email the ASPC to let them know we have front loaded before having a Case Officer buttigned or should we wait till these are requested and-or till we know the name of the Case Officer?
5) How long will we have to wait from acknowledgement of application till a Case Officer is buttigned?
6) What are the current processing times for STNI visas (SA)?
7) Will the application be more convincing the more points you get or does not it matter at all since the STNI visa is not points tested? I mean, will e.g. 115 points look better than e.g. 100? We are asking this question because it might not be possible to demonstrate spouse skills. My skills have not yet been approved but is being processed (VETbuttESS) and we are also in doubt about whether or not my recent work experience is in an occupation on the SOL. So we should either wait until my skills have been approved or lodge the application without getting points for spouse skills.
8) Will photos have to be certified? We don't think so but we are not 100% sure.
9) Will we be asked to submit Form 1022 at some point during processing of the application?
10) My husband has had his skills buttessed at IEA. Is he required to submit certified copies of ALL papers submitted to IEA? We have read other threads dealing with this issue but are still not sure if we should do it. Employment contracts, degree certificates, transcripts etc. have already been translated and certified but what about the CDR itself? The three narratives, analysis etc.? Will we just have to print it out and attach it uncertified?
That's about it... if you are still here - thanks for looking:-) Please advice.
Thanks in advance,
Regards, Janni
