Hi Janni, just got our STNI last week, we got ours in 3mth 5days so they are actually faster than most 136 independents at the min, we had front loaded the PCCs with the main 47SK but waited for the ack email to get our file no to put on our meds which we did unrequested 6wks later. We never did get a med request, just an email to say here you go, didn't even know we'd been buttigned a case officer either. There was no request for form 1022 or any further info. I do know all non english documents have to be officially translated and certified as Caringoofi said but not photos.
We did have to send a full duplicate copy of every single piece of paper that went off for our skills buttessment, most recent payslip and I think ended up with 4 individual copies of our birth certificates each. my partner G hasn't ahd paid work for 4yrs due to illness but that wasn't an issue, and they didn't query the lack of spouse skill points at all so don't worry about having 100 or 115 points it really isn't that big a worry.
