Q9 asks if you have ever held a visa for travel to australia - do you need to mention ETA's on this. i went back to oz for a holiday and got an eta but i didn't get any visa numbers or paperwork confirming this - it was done through an internet travel site
q51 asks if your partner is an aussie citizen by birth and asks for a certified copy of the birth certificate - then on the checklist at the end it says attach evidence that your partner is an aussie citizen and says send a certified copy of the birth certificate or pbuttport. My partner hasn't got his birth certificate here with him so can we just send a cert copy of his pbuttport?
q70 when and where did did you begin a spouse or interdependent relationship with your partner. - is this the date you officially move in together?
q85 asks about receiving benefits or any social services including medicare - do they need to know about ANY medicare claims - what if you had a doctors appointment and claimed some of it back on medicare but don't have any details?
