Well, there are certainly lots of these around, at least here. However, have never dealt with one, and have heard that their quality can vary widely.
When came from the USA decades ago there were "migration agents" offering cheap rates.

With one of them that a friend tried the only help he got for around $US 25 at the time was a letter giving addresses of Australian consulates in the US and advising that he write them for more info. :-)
When I came here in the 60s, just sent a letter to nearest consulate in USA, and a couple of days later got a large fat envelope full of booklets, application forms, etc.
With a simple application, valid pbuttport, medical exam, and a police clearance certificate had no problems at all.
Your English seems perfectly adequate to make your own application, and in any case you have nothing to lose by requesting info on migration.
However, will offer a few hints, as have had friends knocked back on applications by not telling the absolute truth, especially where police offenses are concerned.
One tried to conceal a drunk driving charge. Now, at the time, this wouldn't have even been considered a serious offense. However, it was a matter of public record, which the consulate, and they were highly annoyed that he had try to lie to them. They told him to even forget applying anytime in the future.
Another friend was "guilty" of a even more minor offense. He was with a group of friends in California. Someone was carrying a sugar cigarette which he discarded.
The cop found it. So the whole group was charged with "constructive possession" which effectively means that they didn't know which one had discarded it, but still an offense in California at the time.
So, were I you, I would make my own application, but wouldn't try to conceal anything. In the USA, even something like "overtime parking" or "jaywalking" is a recordable offense, and easily checked.
Hope this helps.
