I am in exactly the same situation - just missing the 139 by one week. I have all the forms ready to go but am not sure who completes Part B and Part H of the 47ST. I have e-mailed and telephoned Dimia in Australia and London and finally had a call today from Brooke in London. They think it is a mistake on the 47ST and will hopefully have this clarified by the end of the week and will call me. She said there are a few other people waiting for this to be clarified as well as myself. As soon as I hear I will post on this site for anyone else not sure who is the Primary-Main Applicant with their spouse having the blood relative.

We missed out on the 139 and are looking at its replacement the 496. Problem is my hubby has the sponsor and I have the skills. The old 139 was OK with this but it appears that the form 47ST for the 496 wont let you do this??? The primary applicant has to also have the skills.
I am right? Please tell me I'm wrong!!!!
