Hi everybody, We arrived in Perth in June to start our "new life down under",me,hubby 2kids & the dog.Hubby started his new job the following week which left me and the kids to explore and check out the accomodation and schools, visit the dog in quarrantine in Byford which is fantastic, please don't worry about your dog being here they are brilliant! Oh I nearly forgot and check out the beaches! We have all settled in really well,and it's hard to believe that the kids have only been at school for 7 weeks when you see them with their friends loads of the mums say they've just slotted in! I really can't say anything bad about Perth so far, the people are so friendly and willing to help you and so laid back it's wonderful. Today is Fathers Day and we met some friends down at the local park at 8am for a barbie and champagne breakfast it was amazing! Then we met some other friends at lunch time for another barbie at another park a big crowd of us just enjoying quality family time, not bad considering we didn't know a soul when we arrived in June, you can't help but make friends here.
