I investigated about 3 weeks and finally I applied via Student Visa, because it seems to be the easiest way, and furthermore, this is a very good opportunity for me to study in Master's Degree as I ever wished. moreover, this is very hard for me and my wife to stay more in Iran, because of our beliefs. Due to your comments I applied for a two years field called "Advanced Information Technology" in Griffith university with about 27000$ full program tuition. As you know the biggest problem for me would be the costs of living and university tuitions, hence, I and my wife have to work so hard to overcome this.
There are some remaining questions: 1. How much is our migration visa guaranteed after two years education? 2. Is it possible that migration laws change in next three years? And if so, what kind of change would it be (maybe this is not a logical question, but please help me know more)? 2. Suppose that laws will charge after my graduation. What can I do then? Do I have to come back or there are some alternatives for me to stay using another visa? 3. What can I do from here to have a more possible PR after three years? 4. If I apply for ACS before going there, would it be useful or not? 5. How can we find good jobs and how long does it take? 6. How can we find lower level jobs and how long does it take? 7. How much is the salary of a medium job? 8. How much is living costs for a couple? 9. Is there any useful note you can tell me?
