Hi Mehdi

County Education Profile Applicability
I would like to throw some light on this topic as the same created some confusion to some of the members. NOOSR issues guidelines for qualification buttessment purposes. It releases County Education Profiles (CEP...

I think yo uhave two realistic options:

1 minimum of 2 year IT masters course that guarantees recognition with ACS on graduation - so will have experience waiver for ACS requirements and Immigration requirements. This would allow you to then apply in Australia for a Graduate Send Permanent visa

2 Your degree is equivalent to an Australian Bachelor degree so you need 4 years of relevant IT experience to get through the ACS buttessment and thus have eligibility for the 136 send permanent visa. From the information in your c.v. it is dificult to buttess which periods would be acceptable to ACS as a lot of it was during study and crosses over other experience. I would need the number of hours worked in each position and an idea of your study pattern (hours) for the 7 years you were doing towards your degree.

There is a chance that maybe as little as another 9 months in your current position might be all that is needed.

Hello, I investigated about 3 weeks and finally I applied via Student Visa, because it seems to be the easiest way, and furthermore, this is a very good opportunity...

With the costs of the study option and the relienace on ACS and DIMIA regulations not changing adversely over the next 2 and a half years or so, I think the 2nd option would be more advisable, on the limited information I have on your circumstances.

Regards

Tony
