Hi All, Just been allocated a CO (yaaaaaay) and she "requested" me to take the IELTS test. All fine except for the fact that all centers around NSW-sydney (I live here) are booked till 13-jan-06. Theres one in perth for 16-sep but they say the only way I can register (in any center in aus) is by coming appearing in person. No phone-web regos. My meds-pccs expire in 2 months. the only way out for me is by proving I belong in this situation:

"It is not reasonably practicable for an applicant to undertake an IELTS or OET examination and the applicant has under taken a TOEFL examination in the 12 months before applying for their visa and has attained a test score that equates to an applicable score on an IELTS examination ". I got that from a pdf they sent which details how aperson "might" be exempted from IELTS. I've sent my TOEFL results with my app but they are older than 12 months and no issues about the score though (640 out of 660). So my question is what in ur opinion wud be considered a "practicable" reason for me to be unable to take up the test?
