Hi, which category of my ACS application should be now

Hi, I am a newcomer.

Quoted from spottydog: "From what I understand ACS will not be allowing trade qualifications (i.e MSCE) under Group B from 23rd Dec. "

And quoted from George Lombard: "I understand that ACS are still planning to remove certifications from Group B - if this takes place the date of effect will be 23 December 2005."

I like to know that which category of my ACS application should be in now.

I majored in English and minored in Information Management as an undergraduate from 1994 to 1998, and was awarded only with B.A. in English. All graduates had no minor certificates. My graduate design was based on an CGI program written in C.

By the way, shall I take IELTS now since most of my college courses were taught in English? Many of my teachers were from AU, UK and US including one Fulbright scholar. Although IELTS is a piece of cake for me, it can save me a few hundred of dollars if not needed.

I had nearly eight years of IT working experiences, two years in an ISP, over 5 years in a daily paper.

I had a Rank Certifiacte Of Computer Software as Network Engineer which was issued by Ministry of Information Industry, P.R. China in Oct. 2003 after pbutting the national exam. These exams are used for skills buttesment of professionals such as accountants so that they can be awarded with profession qualification.
