I am also facing the same problem when staff from DEMIA visited my office there was no one in the office to attend them as all the staff members were busy in Quaterly management meeting and a lunch afterward. The embbutty staff had to waite for half an hour before before personal officer came to attend them. The personal officer told him that he has reacently taken over the reponsibility and he doesn't have much knowledge about my job profile.

I have received a mail from DEMIA that certificated & job responsibility details submitted by me seems to be non genune, to counter that I have sent certificate from the bank where my salary was deposited by the company . Confirming that it was a salary account for the period for which I have worked in organisation & it was opened by the comapny , I have also attached my PF details & PF statement received from company. I have also taken a certificate from PF trust giving details of my Joining PF trust & date of releving PF trust there is also a certificate from Personel Officer explaing in detail about my job profile, my working in organisation, My PF account details & my bank account where my salary was deposited by the company .

I have also given the details of my earlier personel manager his new visiting card as he was the person who had signed my releiving certificate & other experiance certificates ( he has left the organisation before checking of my responsibility by DEMIA ). I haven't recived any communication since these things were submitted by me to DEMIA. ( these all were dispached to Adelaide in third week of Feb)

This the maximum proof a person can give about his working in organisation .

If DEMIA is not satisfied with all this documents then "GOD SAVE IMMIGRANTS FROM DEMIA"
