I have posted the answers to your email here on the public forum as they will most probably be of buttistance to other people...
Firstly, sorry for using abbreviations - I get so used to it that I forget that people may not know the meanings. You are correct: PCCs are "Police Clearance Certificates" and Meds are medical examination forms.
From your email address, I'm guessing you're in the UK. If so, you need the following forms for your medicals: form 26 for the medical
The doctor must be an approved panel doctor from this list:
Our medicals for a family of four cost å£430.
Re the PCCs: we downloaded a form from our local police force's website which we used to request the certificate. The checks cost us å£10 per person.
