Police tried to stop BNP talking about the London attacks

Lancashire Police have failed in their ill conceived meddling in British politics by trying to shut down the BNP unit in the county town. In the space of only a couple of weeks Lancaster Police have twice arrested the Lancaster Organiser, Chris Hill on alleged charges of incitement to racial hatred.

Yesterday however politically correct PCs were licking their wounds after BNP campaign material got the ãall clearä from a local magistrate.

Uniformed officers from Lancashire Police arrested Chris yesterday evening while he was out delivering the BNP leaflet Islamic Terror-Labour Failure; the leaflet which highlighted the link between New Labourâs open doors immigration policy and the new terror campaign by fundamentalist extremists long before the likes of the ãDaily Expressä splashed the connection across its front pages. Mr. Hill was arrested on charges of ãdistributing material likely to cause incitement to racial hatredä, held in custody and questioned.

Warrant sought

In a disgraceful display of arrogance, one officer, chancing his luck asked Chris to hand over the keys to his house threatening to get a warrant and break his front door down if he did not hand over the keys. Yes folks, British bobbies have long dropped their ãDixon of Dock Greenä image öintimidation and threatening behaviour is part of everyday policing in New Labourâs repressive regime. Mr. Hill advised them they could have his keys over his ãdead bodyä and so the officer had to seek a search warrant from a duty Lancaster magistrate. The magistrate duly examined the BNP leaflet, which has already been delivered to well over a quarter of a million households across the UK, said that he was not convinced that it breached any legislation pertaining to race hatred and bluntly refused the application for a search warrant.

The ãPCä PCs had no choice but to drop the charges they made against him and release Mr. Hill back into the family fold.

Fight back

Mr. Hill is now talking with his own lawyers with a view to prosecuting the Lancashire Chief Constable for wrongful arrest and unlawful detention. The fight back against ãPCä policing is well underway and BNP members and supporters are rightly delighted by the news.

This is a highly significant victory for the entire BNP and especially for our organisers and isolated activists alike. BNP activists everywhere need have no fear. The leaflet which linked Labourâs determined efforts to enforce multi-culturalism on an unwilling British electorate and the new campaign of Islamic terror has been given the legal approval by an apolitical magistrate who was able to make the impartial judgement that the leaflet did not contain any material that was in any way illegal. This is not surprising ö all our campaigning literature, within and without election periods, is vetted by our own legal team before it is allowed to be published and distributed.

Established procedure

We have in place a well ordered procedure for leaflet production, both local and national to be approved by our legal team. These procedures are there, not to stifle individual initiative but to ensure that both the long term committed organiser and the small army of recent recruits who are busy downloading, printing and distributing maybe just the odd 50 or 100 leaflets to family and neighbours are protected from prosecution by Blairâs politicised police forces.

That is why we invite all good minded patriotic folk to join us, here and now. There is little point in geographically dispersed and unconnected, well-intentioned but legally ignorant individuals across Britain producing their own material opposing Islamic terrorism, when we have in the BNP a team of experts who only approve material which is legal. We do not want to hear of a single patriotic minded man or woman banged to rights because of material distributed criticising Blair and his Muslim allies was found to be illegal.

Across the entire political spectrum, in every shire and village, suburb and inner city scheme, only the British National Party has the experienced leadership which recognises the burden of responsibility upon its collective shoulder and the growing professionalism of its infrastructure to help win back our country.

Historical crossroads

Now is the time, like no other time in recent history for all like minded Britons to come together and fight against the true axis of evil; the liberal-labour-islamo fascist alliance.

This is one of those rare, indeed, monumental times in the course of history when a crossroads appears to everyone with the eyes to see it.
