Well i have been trying to get my blood pressure down, before i go for my medical - so far so good changed treatment its going down. Just to be on the safe side doc thought he ought to take a withdrawl from my blood bank, 4 tube - felt like 4 pints to me.

What! If its not one thing its another now he wants more blood (and this is from a supreme coward that has had 3 injections in the last 30 years) he has to be having a laugh.
Loads of people get in with type 2 diabetes and if you do have it at least its been diagnosed. Are the next tests a glucose tolerance test? by chance! If so make sure you eat healthily and avoid sugar and alcohol for 48 hours before the tests. Mine said I was glucose tolerance impaired but now I have lost a bit of weight its gone back to normal which is a good incentive for me to carry on with the diet.
