Thanks for the info, was tempted to PM you but keeping answers public might inform others too.
We have now booked meds for Saturday 10th Dec at Harley Street Panel Doctors. I just have the following questions if you (or anyone else) are able to answer them:
Without having the request from the CO, I am buttuming that the medicals should be sent to the Sydney Office...Do you know the address to courier to? Alternatively, would it be OK to have the meds sent to ASPC as will our police clearances or should we send them seperately?
I am buttuming that, (notwithstanding the Medical form instruction that these are just for use in applications to London and that you should wait for notification from CO) , these are the proper forms (links below):
Are these the right ones?
I believe, as we have a file number, that we should enter this into the ''office use only box''.....do we fill in the other details such as date, type and office processing (ASPC)?
Finally, if you or anyone else has a recent request for medicals for a 136 send application a copy of the instructions for medical from CO would be much appreciated.
