Hi

The wife and I are looking at a new life in Oz. I used an agent to to complete the TRA which was completed in no time at all. 4312-11 Air conditioning Fitter.

Having talked to some people and seen what the agent wants in fees for the next bit, I have decided to have a crack at filling in the 47SK myself. BTW I've spent alot of time making the form editable by PC if anyone wants a copy

My missus is from the Philippines but is now 'British' having been a UK pbuttport holder for some 5 years. On Q34: 'Of what countries is your spouse a Citizen?' I have put UK & Philippines. The wife disagrees with this, saying that her Philippines Pbuttport has long since lapsed and therefore is no longer a citizen of the Philippines. Is this the Case? And does it really matter either way?

On Thu, 18 May 2006 09:30:30 +0000, leanne..melbourne bound AFIK, you will be covered if here legally. Of course, you could always come to Sydney...

One more quickie....Q52...Previous visits to Austrailia.. I've been twice; once for a holiday and with 'normal' visa; and once on a military Excersise with the RAF. My pbuttport has the stamps for this visit but no visa details. Is this an issue? At the moment I've written in the purpose of visit 'Military Excercise' and in the Visa Number box 'no Visa Issued to me' Will this do?

TIA for any info and advice you can give.

Cheers
