Oh I recognise that Orange has a right to his own point of view - I'm one of those people who believes different points of view make for an interesting forum. I wa just trying to put forward my point of view - which Buzzy has shared in the post above - most of the agents posting here are extremely valuable posters, and without them a lot of us would have struggled to make the emigration journey.
As I guess you know, Lace, I've been here a long time too, and I've been attacked more than once for posting my views. I'm not aiming to condemn anyone - just posting a different slant on things :)

On a slightly different slant - as this forum is read by DIMIA case officers and other staff, I wonder how they view the postings of some agents? And I wonder how those who are not registered stand with giving migration advice? I'm trying to think this through as I type, so I may not be very easy to follow, but I believe there is a rule in Aus about being a registered MARA agent in order to give migration advice. So if you are giving advice to people in Australia, and you are saying that you are giving this advice as an agent, do you need to be MARA registered?
