My current employer refused to issue references Sender: Conrad242

I was shocked today, I need it to dispatch to Oz, and can't get; maybe I don't need it now, don't know, becouse I sent all papers to DIMIA in January, was received o 1stFeb, nd I got acknowledgement on 15thFeb, but 10thFeb I ended to work in Yorkishire, and from 13thFeb I have been working in Eslove in another company, since first day I used to ask for references, last week I printed the template from booklet 6, gave it my manager, and today he laft me a short letter:" Dear Conrad, the Company does not issue employment letters or references" and his signature, all written on headpaper, with company address and phone; I am not sure - do I need to delivery net references to DIMIa now if they have my application? or mayby I gon't need to do it? now I can certify my contract, some payslips, P60 and send them to DIMIA; and attach this letter refusing ref. + some words to explain;

and what is ridiculous in it - the manager refused me to issue references to Australia and this saturday he goes on holidays- try to guess where? to australia, for 3 weeks; damn it; hope crocodiles will eat him;

can anyone advise me? or had the same problem and how disolve it?
