New MODL Australia, IT Employment Paradise

To certify documents, again Sender: Conrad242
thanks, but I copied and pasted from her ( my CO) email about Commisioner of Oath and a Notary only; mayby I don't undertstand a word "only" but only is...

...like Chemical Engineering, I believe with the right skin colour and English accent, Paradise is there to be enjoyed.

An interesting response from the Department (personal details removed for obvious reasons):

The Migration Occupations in Demand List (MODL) is used to target the points-tested categories of the General Send Migration (GSM) categories to occupations that are in national demand and with good employment prospects. Primary applicants in these GSM categories who have been buttessed by the Australian buttessment authority (which in the case of a chemical engineer is the Insbreastute of Engineers, Australia) as having qualifications appropriate to employment in a MODL occupation are expected to be compebreastive in the Australian labour market. These MODL applicants are not guaranteed of employment in their MODL occupation.

The only primary applicant migrants who have any surety of employment are those entering Australia under the employer-sponsored migration categories who are job-matched as a condition of visa grant.

May be too technical for some, may apply to others. Note that the text of these changes isn't yet available to me, but I do wonder whether the skill matching visa loophole to the two...

While I am not able to comment on your individual circumstances, I note that while the MODL identifies occupations in national demand, this does not guarantee the occupation is in demand in every State and Territory in Australia. Moreover, the Commonwealth Government does not interfere in the recruitment processes of individual Australian employers who may have a commercial interest in securing professionals with specialist skills or recent work experience in particular operating environments.
