Maybe somebody will be able offer some advice with regard to my non- dependant son who is now 20 years old.
I will hopefully be moving to Melbourne together with my wife and 16 year son under a Labour Agreement (subclbutt 120-855). My future employer's nomination has been approved by DIMA who have now requested that I submit Form 47ES together with supporting documentation. So far so good.
My problem arises when I try to find somewhere on the form to inform DIMA about my 20 year old non-dependant son. Form 47ES appears to only ask for information regarding dependant children over 18.
My son is currently working full-time, and although living at home, could not be clbutted as dependant.
He will not be accompanying us to Australia as he begins university in October (when, you can bet, he will be dependant on his dad!). He is currently undecided as to whether he would like to join us upon completion of his studies.
Should I just give as much information as I can in the Additional Information section of the Form 47ES, together with certified copies of his Course Acceptance documents?
Any advice-guidance will be much appreciated.
