Hi We have been lurking for a while now, trying to find out what we can! If anyone can answer a few questions please? Ok here goes, my husband it 38 in couple of weeks and is a branch manager for 3 ceremony homes. He has been doing this for about 4 years. Firstly do you think it will be possible to clbutt this as office manager ( in effect that is what he does), or can anyone answer what a office managers duties would be? He has an NVQ level 4 in management, am i correct in buttuming that Vetbuttess just buttess qualification - not work history or experience?? Anyway in any case to migrate as send independant that would not give enough points - so 2nd question. A long time ago (approx 18 years ago and 10 years ago) he was also a vehicle paint sprayer about a 4 year and 2 year period seperately, he didnt pbutt any qualification for this and has no recent work history in this trade. However he may be able to get references one business is still in operation and the other went bust but the chap who owned it has since set up same type of business at the same premises but under different business name. Does anyone think he will be able to get positive tra???? (Also what if he cant get references??) So to top it all off, is it correct or have i totally missed something but is it possible to nominate vehicle sprayer as nominated occupation but have recent work experience in office management (both are on the SOL), and if so presumably need to get TRA and Vetbuttess sorted??
