Yep, hubby rang me at work this morning to say we had received our visa grant in email from our agent in Perth, wow, what a feeling, after waiting for so long it really feels very strange!

Have not told anyone at work, and still won't until we have everything organised with the move etc. I have had to keep quiet about it all day, could'nt wait to get home and share the news with you guys!

House been on the market for 3 weeks and have a buyer for the full asking price, I know its early days yet but they seem really keen and have a first time buyer for their property. These two things happened on Monday 11th July, a date we won't ever forget. Don't know when we'll move as it will depend on the house sale, Uni dates for my oldest son, who is coming with us but returning to complete his University here.

Mother in law not very pleased, no congrats there, will tell my Dad when he asks, he knows we're going just doesn't know we GOT THE VISA! We are going and that is all there is to it!

Hope all the pre-Julyers still waiting hear something soon, its all the more special for us don't you think?

Feeling kinda strange and different, might well celebrate tonight, however its my birthday tomorrow so a double celebration is called for I think!
