Hi Lorraine, you are so right - this whole business seems to take over your life - you live, eat, sleep Australia and are on constant watch for contact from POPC! Now 33 weeks into the process so hoping we will be hearing something soon!! Have sent off for our Police Checks and getting med forms ready for WHEN they contact us - hopefully this will save us some time. Not taking chances with getting Meds done before requested by CO though. It is good to have forums like this one to dip into for different aspects of the whole procedure and I would like to keep in touch with you and watch your progress and will share ours. Where is Coolum Beach exactly? We are hoping to settle in Dungog area about one hour's drive door to door from our son in Charlestown NSW. When I posted this thread I was hoping to get feedback from other parents who had already done this move but so far have only heard from JimClevs. Enjoy your family get-together - will be lovely for you to have them here for a whole month - will help time to pbutt for you!!
