Please advise letter of LCU requesting further tests gone missing Sender: nitu23

Hi All,

My relative's worst fear came true. They queried LCU about status of medicals for whole family on 14 Dec 2005 as quoted below: *************************************************** Dear ******,

Could you please answer my query whether medical results of myself and family sent to you have been processed.

LCU Replied back on 16th of Dec 2005:

************************************************** Dear ******,

Please be advised your medicals have been cleared dated xx-12-2005.

For further enquiries please contact the case officer in charge of your visa application.

After waiting, 3 months, on 15th march when they contacted CO, CO replied that in 4 weeks case will be finalised. Today, nearly in 4 weeks, CO replied that Sydney LCU sent you a letter dated 17 December 2005 requesting a family member to undergo further medical testing. They never received this letter and they were supposed to reply in 90 days by 16th march. Could you please advise how they can proceed to get the letter to undergo further tests, will they get letter and more time to undergo tests as 90 days expired. Should they just reply to CO or contact LCU. Is it common to miss letter from LCU. I will much appreciate your reply and advise.
