AOS Bond retrieval question Sender: abhibhanu
Dear Experts and Friends Kind greetings. I would gratefully appreciate your advice on this. We were granted PR (139 BQ) in Dec 2003 and we all validated in 2004 Jan...

Hi PP,

I posted about this about a week and a half ago, I was so worried that they would take ages (40 days is so long). Ours eventually arrived 3 weeks and 2 days after we'd sent them (I think that was how long - I'm pretty sure that's right).

One person said that they got theirs back 43 days after request and some 3 weeks.

They are all processed in the same place, despite the fact that you make the request through your local force. There is a contact number for them but you cannot get through to an actual person, it's a recorded message... they said that even if you send two applications off together then you may not receive them back at the same time and that there could be a couple of weeks between them... although we got ours back together on the same day.

Sorry that was a ramble.

Ours actually arrived on the only day that I'd said to my hubby that they weren't going to come... every other day I'd said 'today's the day'. It's like love, stop looking and it will find you... actually it's nothing like love!!!

God I don't half ramble. I've had half a large bottle of pepsi max and I think I'm drunk on the caffeine
