How can a successful application that has been written by yourself about you and your working history be breach of copyright. Surely the material that you give away on open forums in the form of advice to others is then breaching copyright?
The TRA should give away templates to fill in of how to get it worded right first time and what order to put it in therefore stopping people having to re apply countless times for lack of info, and save TRA time manhours and money,
not forgetting processing times of others applcations due to reading applications from those brave enough not to go with an agent.

Most people think that having worked in their field for 30 yrs and having qualifications coming out of their ears would be perfectly capable to do the process themselves, and yet if they word things slightly wrong, then TRA send it back after a 3 month agonising wait and you end up paying another å£250 fee to TRA, and then an agents fee (as people are too scared to "go it alone " again), as they need help(or so they think).
TRA, Stat decs and all other visa templates should be made public by TRA and DIMIA so as to ease the queues from too much crap info on thier websites and not enough of what people really want to know!

Surely the aussie gov can do this to help people in thier quest to seek a new life. It seems a bit of a conspiricy to me.
I trawled both thier websites for literally days on end and found scraps, but nothing concrete on what to say & do and how to put it!
Agents should be used for thier knowledge of near helpless and difficult cases not straight forward cases where it seems people are unwittingly parting with their money to get these templates (so i ve read)
