Hi, I will shortly be sending off my 47SK form and I have read that I need to prove evidence of my De Facto relationship.
We have two children together (one is 14 and the other 10) There birth certificates have both of our names on them.
We have a joint mortgage and statements from various times over the last 15 years.
We also have statements from a joint endowment policy.
We have photos of ourselves together from quite a few years ago (but not many cos its always me that takes them of the "wife" and kids. The ones the kids take of me and the "wife" only feature our bottom halves, sorry kids)
We even have postcards that I sent her in 1989 from my last time in Oz.
We tend not to keep bills because we can't usually understand them anyway (are you listening BT). And we don't have a joint bank account.
Would that be sufficient or would they STILL need statements from friends of ours?
What sort of thing would they write if they were still required by those fellas in the ivory towers of Oz?
Jazzy
