RE: Cheaper Courier Service Sender: Carruss

Hello,

Not been on here for a while but just wanted to let others know again about Interparcel for couriering applications etc as I have noticed a lot of people at the TRA stage.

When we sent our TRA application back in April we used DHL which cost just short of å£38.00 and you track it all the way etc. That got there without any problems too.

We sent our main 136 application just over a week ago and checked out the costs of using them again. It worked out at about the same price but then in the small print there was a bit about extra charges for aviation fuel and (would you believe) for fuel charges on land that may be added on booking!

Oh, you're so sweet! I'm no angel, just been on the forum 2 years, and having gone through a fiance visa, and...

I went to the Interparcel (www.interparcel.com) website and booked it all online with them and it cost å£29.52. This included insurance up to the value of å£100.00 and I paid by PayPal which cost an extra 2%.

The package was collected by DHL (in fact the same man that collected our TRA application) and delivered in a couple of days and tracked all the way.

Anyways, I hope this saves some people a few quid. ;)
