Hi George, TRA Section 7 Experience in Occupation Sender: Jonahs_mummy Louise A "Stat Dec" (Statutory Declaration) is a legal document that is witnessed as a "true" statement by a solicitor... It was the people in the sponsorship issuing offices from Melbourne who basically sent us the application forms ,after I had sent them our c.V's.- the Send Migration Program department to be precise. I know from the past year that they do not really understand alot about the 'afterwards'process.We were really optimistic though when we both got granted the sponsorships.One buttumes that they would not issue if they did not think you stood a chance.It is such a disappointment,George. I have contacted a couple of companies in Aus-for prospective employment,two of which want to see me on arrival.Everything looked promising! My mum works for the sister co.whom are based in Adelaide,we have met the Director from Aus who is interested in my husband for possible sponsorship.However Sales re tech not on their skills in demand list- hence going the SIR route in the first place. From what I can gather both Employer sponsored and RSMS occupations need to on the States skill in demand list! Thanks for any info George.It's nice to know someone out there nows what they are talking about! Only joking,have found most of you really helpful,just not in a great mood lately! --
