Scared to be denied by employer, opinion appreciated

Hi everyone, I know my case is rare, war doesn't happen everyday. I've been working for a company for 5 years. I applied as a send-Australian sponsored in May 2006, which of course means, DIMIA has already a letter signed and stamped by my employer stating that I have been working for him since 2001 and still, stated my job breastle (graphic designer) and salary...also DIMIA has another reference letter from the IT department manager confirming my duties in details...during my work, I have visited Australia twice (last visit was on April 2006), and of course to be able to obtain a visitor visa, my employer sent letters to the Australian embbutty stating that I am employed by him... the embbutty called to check if I am really employed by this company, after making sure I am, they gave me a visitor visa, and upon my return I applied for immigration. I received an acknowledgment letter, a week after, the war hit Lebanon and we had to stop operating, when the war ended, my boss didn't resume work, and since, I'm not receiving any salary which led me to sue my boss for keeping my job on-hold...DIMIA knows that my job is on-hold cause I have submitted form 1022 stating my situation, I'm only scared if DIMIA might ask me for further evidence about my job, cause I can't get any from this company, but I do have copies of my cheques, the Australian embbutty can prove it too since they contacted my office in March 2006 and spoke to my manager, my ex colleagues can also witness that I worked with them for this company and also the court case can proves the reasons why I'm suing this company and particularly my employer, will these evidence can be enough and reasonable? Cause I am also scared that if they contact my employer; he might get revenge of me and denies me.
