Hi Michael, Actually parent visas are the easiest of the lot and any registered agent who specialised in...

Hi scott family, we hope to fly to Brisbane January as permanent residence. We also are a family of 5 me hubby and 3 daughters 12-15-17. Our visa application went with no problems only months and months and months of waiting. Each step was a milestone with plenty of stress. But all in all no problems. Then the house sale!!!! We gambled and put it for sale the day we were sent for medicals and stuck by this decision. Thankfully we did as we had not a sniff of an offer for 6 months and then as we changed agency we had a private offer and grabbed it! House sale now near completion so we agreed to be out first week Jan. As for location we researched why we were going ............

* weather, so this brought us to Brisbane, warm summers and mild winters! * Not city people but not too touristy, Redlands Bay and others highly recommended this area * Quality of life, we can buy a 4-5 bed house with pool and have NO mortgage! * Australian people, they are fantastic!!!!!! * Quality retirement for us and our future with our children and maybe one day our grandchildren.

So sorry to go on and on but this is why we are emigrating having never set foot on Australian soil before and yes we cant wait !!!!
