Okay Im submitting the ENS Application Tomorrow...Here Goes!! Sender: Blueracer
Hi All, Spent the weekend dotting I's crossing T's on the Forms for the ENS...

Deviating from the contract you have agreed to abide by will put you at risk of being orderd to leave Australia when the visa expires - how much that risk is is anyones guess. No one with any surety can answer what DIMIA will do when it comes time to granting STNI. The States seem less concerned with the semantics of the SIR visa but I wouldn't rely on DIMIA to be the same - and they have the final say on whether you get PR or are told to leave. I had the state immigration officer say, "mate I don't care if you drive a taxi we'll take you". But I wouldn't for any reason rely on DIMIA having the same atbreastude. I've come too far and spent far too much money to risk being deported to do anything like that.

sv Hi Sanjay Thank you SO much for agreeing to ask your father to see if he can find out something more about this. For the moment, I drafted a statutory declaration last night and...

If you do get here on a SIR visa try hard to stick with what you agreed to and keep all documents that back you up as to where and what you did... Don't give DIMIA any reason to deny your PR application is by far the best option. But over all the best option would be to see if there was any other way to get here. The SIR visa sucks. But for some it's the only way in. Spend some money and have a few telephone interviews with some of the agents (don't rely on one opinion - get a few) that post here. They all seem to have reasonably good reputations.
