House sale! ..... don't go there! ...lol
Altho to be honest it's only just on the market really, but we're a bit peed off already. Had this couple round a few days ago to view it. They didn't buy the house 2 doors along about 6 months ago because it has a small 4th bedroom! Our house all the bedrooms are big (for the area) and there aint nothing missing with the house!
Bathroom is too small tho! .... uh!?!?
I think there's a lot of timewasters or 'just looking' out there now as the market aint too good, so we've decided we'll give it either 6 or 12 weeks, and if no joy we'll pull money out the house to get us thru a year or so out there, and pay all fee's etc, and rent the house out till the market is good!
You don't get all this messin when the markets good, ppl don't have the time to mess about!
We gotta get goin basically as the timing with DIMIA & TRA etc just seems soooo right now :)
Can't let something little like a house sale hold us up! ... :rolleyes:
