What options do my Parents have Can you help Sender: Blueboy
Hi there, My family and I have successfully secured a PR Visa and are due to fly out to Perth in September to live. Now my...

Hello again Steve, yeah I'm trying to find out about this condensing the course, but as I say we've kinda budgeted for 2.5 years so if it can be shortened, all the better :)

As to both of us doing the same course, well the other half really likes the idea of the Hairdressing game, but feels a bit unsure about returning to school at her age. She's said she'd do it if I did too! ..lol, but I think if she was to do it alone the pressure of PR pending on it would just be too much!

We get an extra 5 points for 'spouse skills' so if we both graduate, then I guess either of us can be the one applying!

I did at one point consider Motor Mechanic & Air Con Engineer, but to be honest I have dodgy arms from a motorcycle accident a few year ago and I was warned by the specialists to 'be very careful' in what line of work I go down in the future, nothing too physical!!!

I've looked into what problems Hairdressers can get, and it seems to be backs and wrists, sometimes arms, but not normally, so it just all seems right to go for what we are for many reasons, not just chance of success with PR, altho obviously it IS the main goal!

Glad all is going well with yourself :)
