Permanent Residency on Spouse VisaI'm from Norway, and have been told that I automatically lose my Norwegian citizenship if I choose to become an Australian citizen. That's...
All but 4 TRA clbuttifications are 60 points, and all horticulture clbuttifications are 60 points.
The course might be "6 months" (but most likely 1 semester = 18 weeks), but you have lead time from leaving your job to starting the course and lag time from completing the course to having the necessary documentation required fror the TRA application and then TRA processing time and then the time to finalise and submit the visa application - all of that adds up to more than 6 months or at the very best you would be working to much too fine a time margin with no scope for unforseen delay...and you know about Murphy's law ;-)
Our scope of coverage as an RTO covers virtually all trades, including horticulture and we have experience with horticulture buttessments.
My TRA (and other buttessing bodies) overall success rate is about 99.75% and 100% for TRA where an AQF qualification through workplace buttessment is concerned. But the outcome of any individual case (e.g. yours) depends on its specifics not my track record - and one of the reasons I have success is that I don't take forward cases that I know can't succeed.
I also have to emphasise my that while my role in buttisting with a TRA or similar application for migration is that of guide and advocate, my role as an RTO is that of a regulator authorised by government (like TRA but in a domestic context and in a more objective, accurate and fair way) and subject to audit - so I can only issue an AQF qualification where the applicant meets the requirements.
But this is getting too promotional for the purpose of this group so if you want to pursue your options further please email me direct at
