Q1 Yes. You have to enclose your original from TRA. Do make a photocopy for...

We are on the same boat. We lodged our medicals and police clearance since 25th November 2005. Until now we haven't heard anything yet. Lucky for my sister in law, she got her visa last week. I'm so happy for her, but so angry with our situation knowing the fact that we did our medicals together at the same time and she got hers. The only advantage on her is she has an agent to follow up her case and we dont. We are also under STNI(Victoria). I am so eager to know if will be granted our visas or not! I'm not bothered anymore as I wanted to move on with my life! I dont want to live in limbo. I'm still undecided to sell our house or not as it takes awhile to sell it. But on the other hand, I have to put the house on the market very soon as the visa is valid only within 6 months from the time of our medical. Meaning if we did our medical last November, we should be in OZ sometime October or early November. Our 52 weeks will be in June of this year if we didnt hear anything from then, Will have to persuade DIMIA to give us the reason for the delayed decision. DIMIA is not entertaining any calls or email at the moment. They said they are so busy at this time and there's a lot of applicants recently. Hope we hear from DIMIA very soon! Good luck to all of us!
